Acceptance of Terms

By accessing athenabot.netlify.app, joining our waitlist, or using any Athena Trading Bot service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Athena Trading Bot is an automated trading software tool designed to place trades on Kalshi prediction markets. The Service is currently in development and operating in paper trading mode. Access to live trading features will be provided upon launch.

The Service is offered in three tiers: Signals (trade alerts), Pro (full bot access), and Managed (fully managed trading). Specific features and pricing will be communicated prior to launch.

Waitlist

Joining the Athena waitlist reserves your place for early access consideration. It does not constitute a purchase, guarantee of access, or guarantee of any specific pricing. We reserve the right to modify pricing and availability at any time prior to launch.

Financial Risk Disclaimer

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading prediction markets is inherently speculative and involves substantial risk of loss
• Athena Trading Bot does not guarantee profits or any specific trading outcomes
• Past backtested or paper trading results are not indicative of future live trading results
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes on your account
• Athena Trading Bot is a software tool, not a licensed financial advisor
• You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making trading decisions

Nothing on this website, in our emails, or in any Athena Trading Bot communication constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Ensure you meet all eligibility requirements for Kalshi or any trading platform you use
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and materials associated with Athena Trading Bot are the intellectual property of Athena Trading Bot and its creator. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athena Trading Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. The bot may experience downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or market conditions. We are not liable for any trading losses resulting from service interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
